ABOUT ADMI

Precision Aerospace Machining, Driven by the Mission

A family-owned aerospace machining company built on precision, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to the mission.

— OUR STORY

Built to Deliver What Others Can't

Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing Inc (ADMI) was founded in 2022 with a clear purpose: to provide aerospace and defense prime contractors with a manufacturing partner that combines advanced machining capability, rigorous quality systems, and the responsiveness that only a management-led operation can deliver.

From our 40,000+ square-foot facility in Temecula, California, ADMI operates 14 CNC machining centers — including seven 5-axis machines — producing flight-critical components for some of the most demanding programs in the industry. Our customers include Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Bell Helicopter, and SpaceX.

As a family-owned company, every decision we make is driven by a single question: does this serve the mission? That focus has earned us AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certifications, ITAR registration, Boeing DPD/MBD approval, Lockheed Martin approval, and AWS welding certifications (D1.2, D1.6, D17.1) — along with the trust of the primes who rely on us to deliver precision parts on time, every time.

OUR VALUES

The Principles That Drive Every Decision

Precision Without Compromise

Every dimension matters. We hold ourselves to the tightest tolerances — in our machining, our processes, and our commitments.

Mission First

We serve the warfighter, the astronaut, and the traveling public. That responsibility drives every decision we make.

Integrity Always

We do what we say. Our word is our bond, our certifications are earned, and our quality data is unimpeachable.

Continuous Improvement

Complacency is the enemy of excellence. We measure, analyze, and improve every process, every day.

People Are the Differentiator

Our machinists, inspectors, and engineers are the reason primes choose ADMI. We invest in our team because they are our greatest asset.
