ADMI’s CNC machining operation is purpose-built for aerospace and defense production. Our 14-machine shop floor runs a balanced fleet of 3-axis and 5-axis machining centers, enabling us to handle everything from high-volume prismatic parts to complex contoured geometries that require simultaneous multi-axis cutting.
Every machine in our facility is equipped with high-pressure through-spindle coolant, precision probing systems, and is maintained on a rigorous preventive maintenance schedule. Our programming team uses the latest CAM software to optimize tool paths for efficiency, surface finish, and tool life, reducing cycle times without compromising quality.
We machine the full range of aerospace materials: aluminum alloys (6061, 7075, 2024), titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), Inconel (625, 718), stainless steels (303, 304, 316, 17-4PH), A286 iron-based superalloy, and refractory metals including molybdenum, tantalum, and tungsten. Whether your part requires deep pocket milling in aluminum or aggressive roughing in Inconel, our equipment and expertise are ready.
