ITAR-Registered Facility

ADMI operates as a registered ITAR facility with strict access controls, visitor protocols, and information security measures. All defense work is handled by U.S. persons within our secured Temecula, California production environment. Our facility access, data handling, and shipping procedures comply fully with ITAR export control regulations.

CMMC & NIST 800-171 Compliance

Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) is protected through our CMMC-compliant cybersecurity infrastructure. We maintain documented security plans aligned to NIST SP 800-171 controls, including encrypted communications, access management, incident response procedures, and continuous monitoring of our IT environment.

AWS Certified Defense Welding

Our AWS-certified welding program enables production of defense-grade welded assemblies that meet military specifications. Full Program Traceability

Every defense component is tracked from raw material certification through final inspection and shipping. Titanium Alloys

Ti-6Al-4V / Ti-5Al-2.5Sn

A286 Superalloy

AMS 5731 / AMS 5737

Iron-based superalloy for fasteners, turbine components, and high-temperature structural applications. Maintains strength to 1300°F, commonly specified for missile and propulsion system hardware.

Inconel 718

5-Axis Simultaneous Machining

Complex compound-angle features, internal channels, and contoured surfaces on missile housings and airframe fittings are produced in single setups, eliminating tolerance stack-up from multiple operations.

Our Correa FP4040 (137.8″ x 118.1″ x 39.4″) and Cincinnati 30V handle oversized structural defense components including fuselage frames, wing skins, and armored vehicle panels that exceed typical machine envelopes.

Titanium Guidance Housing Assembly

ADMI was selected to produce a precision titanium guidance housing for an active missile defense program. The component required 5-axis simultaneous machining of complex internal channels, concentricity within 0.0003″ across a 14″ length, and Class A surface finish on all sealing surfaces. The complete assembly included machining, welding of a secondary closure component, post-weld finish machining, and comprehensive CMM verification with a complete FAIR package.
