Precision Without Compromise

Medical devices, semiconductor equipment, and industrial systems demand the same uncompromising precision that defines aerospace manufacturing. ADMI brings the full weight of our AS9100D quality system, climate-controlled inspection room, and exotic material expertise to every medical and industrial program we support.

Our customers in these sectors choose ADMI because they need more than a general machine shop. They need a manufacturing partner with the quality infrastructure, traceability systems, and process discipline to produce components where failure is not an option. Whether it is a titanium surgical instrument component or a semiconductor handling fixture, every part receives the same rigorous attention that our aerospace and defense customers require.

With 14 CNC machines spanning 3-axis to 5-axis simultaneous capability, material expertise in titanium, stainless steel, Inconel, and specialty alloys, and a maximum work envelope of 137.8″ x 118.1″ x 39.4″, ADMI has the capacity and capability to handle both prototype and production quantities for the most demanding medical and industrial applications.

— The ADMI Advantage

Why ADMI for Medical & Industrial

Aerospace-grade quality is not overkill when your components are critical. It is your competitive advantage.

±0.0002" Positioning Accuracy

Our 14 CNC machines, including 7 five-axis simultaneous centers, deliver the positioning accuracy that medical and industrial precision demands. Complex geometries machined in single setups eliminate tolerance stack-up from multiple operations.

Climate-Controlled Inspection Room

Our dedicated, temperature-stabilized inspection room houses CMM, optical comparator, surface profilometer, and hardness testing equipment. Every measurement is taken in conditions that eliminate thermal expansion error.

Full Material Traceability

Every raw material lot is traceable from mill source through finished part delivery. Material certifications, chemical analysis, and mechanical properties are documented and delivered with your quality package.

Exotic Material Capability

Titanium Ti-6Al-4V, 316L stainless (medical grade), 17-4PH, Inconel 718, and specialty alloys are standard work for ADMI. Our 100 HP spindles and rigid machine platforms handle the most demanding materials without compromise.

Same Quality Rigor as Aerospace — Overkill Is Your Advantage

ADMI does not have a separate quality system for non-aerospace work. Every medical and industrial part is manufactured under the same AS9100D procedures, inspection protocols, and documentation standards that satisfy Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and SpaceX. For your critical components, this level of quality rigor is not excessive. It is exactly what gives you confidence in the parts you receive.
