What We Do Best
From first article to full-rate production, ADMI provides the precision manufacturing capabilities aerospace and defense programs demand. Our vertically integrated approach reduces lead times, eliminates supplier coordination overhead, and ensures consistent quality across every deliverable.
01
CNC Machining
3-axis and 5-axis precision machining of complex aerospace geometries in aluminum (6061, 7075, 2024), titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), Inconel (625, 718), stainless steel (303, 304, 316, 17-4PH), A286, molybdenum, tantalum, tungsten, and exotic alloys. Tolerances to +/-0.0002″. 14 CNC machines including seven 5-axis centers.
02
Assembly & Integration
Mechanical assembly, kitting, and sub-assembly of complex aerospace builds. Full hardware procurement, torque-controlled fastening with calibrated tooling, and build-to-print execution per engineering drawings, delivering finished hardware with complete lot traceability and full as-built documentation record sets.
03
Quality Inspection
Dedicated QC lab featuring a coordinate measuring machine (CMM), optical comparator, surface profilometer, Rockwell hardness tester, and precision height gauges, all NIST-traceable. First article inspection per AS9102, fully documented in-process inspection, and 100% final dimensional inspection across every part.
Engineering Support
Design for manufacturability (DFM) review, process engineering, fixture and tooling design, GD&T analysis, and prototype-to-production transition support. We partner with your engineering team from concept through rate readiness.
04
Finishing Management
Managed surface treatment and finishing services through our qualified vendor network: anodizing (Type II, Type III hard coat), plating (cadmium, nickel, chrome), chem film, painting, passivation, and specialty coatings.
05
Rapid Prototyping
Fast-turn prototype machining using the same quality systems applied to production parts. From 3D CAD model to finished prototype in as little as 5 business days. Accelerate your development cycle without sacrificing quality.
