CNC Machinist — 3 & 4 Axis
Set up and operate 3-axis and 4-axis CNC milling machines. Read blueprints and GD&T, perform in-process inspection, and maintain tight tolerances on aerospace-grade materials including aluminum, titanium, Inconel, and stainless steel.
Quality Inspector
Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections using CMM, optical comparators, and standard hand tools. Create and review inspection reports per AS9100D requirements. Experience with aerospace GD&T and FAI (AS9102) preferred.
Manufacturing Engineer
Develop CNC programs, create setup sheets and manufacturing plans, perform DFM analysis, and optimize machining processes. SolidWorks and Mastercam experience required. Aerospace manufacturing background strongly preferred.
Shop Lead / Supervisor
Lead a team of machinists on the shop floor. Manage daily production schedules, coordinate machine assignments, mentor junior machinists, and ensure on-time delivery. Minimum 5 years CNC experience and 2 years supervisory experience required.
